Bridget Riceci

Board Member

Bridget Riceci (Tucson) worked in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors as a business executive and a social worker while also serving as a community volunteer in political and public health endeavors.

Ms. Riceci recently retired as the Director of Sales at Thayer Medical. Prior to joining Thayer Medical in 2007, she served as President and CEO of the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault.  Prior to joining the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault in 1998, Bridget Riceci served in public health and advocacy positions that included Program Coordinator at the University of Arizona Rural Health Office for the Tohono O’odham Nation’s Skilled Nursing Facility Project and Public Policy Director for Planned Parenthood of Southern Arizona.

Ms. Riceci obtained her Masters in Social Work in 1996 from Arizona State University with a specialty in Policy, Administration and Community Practice. Her prior private sector experience includes 15 years in the electronics industry where she held positions in international sales and operations with Burr-Brown Corporation and Apex Microtechnology.

Her prior community service included the National Association of Social Workers-Arizona Chapter-Political Action for Candidate Election, the Governor’s Commission to Prevent Violence Against Women, the statewide policy council for Arizona Women’s Political Caucus, the Pima County Superior Court-Judicial Performance Review Team, a member of the Board of Directors for Planned Parenthood of Arizona as well as numerous political campaigns.
