How Martha has Helped Arizona

Martha Garcia advocated for child safety by sponsoring a bill that would prohibit a minor from using a cell phone while driving on a highway unless the cell phone was equipped with a hands-free device. She also fought for the environment by pushing a bill that would establish requirements and penalties for the removal of trash and other debris from private or public property, including increasing the penalty to a class 1 misdemeanor for any persons found guilty of placing trash on property not owned or controlled by them.
