Theresa Ulmer was elected as Arizona State House Representative in 2007 for District 24. Originally from Nebraska, Ulmer’s childhood instilled in her the importance of community. She is also an active member of the Yuma County Democratic Party, and the Precinct Committee for the County and State party. As a member of Sierra Vista Presbyterian Church for about a decade, she has played guitar in the Praise Team and had many positions within the church.
